Three extrusion lines run PP sheet day in, day out, covering the common tank-building thicknesses from stock and switching to custom colors or widths for volume orders. Consistent resin batches mean sheets that weld predictably every time.
Duct Production — 2 Lines
Two dedicated lines produce round PP duct from DN75 to DN1200 together with the full fitting family — elbows, tees, reducers and dampers — so exhaust contractors get the whole system from a single source, dimensionally matched.
Injection Molding & Mold Library
A bank of injection molding machines and a growing in-house mold library turn out pall rings, packing balls, tellerettes, grating, nozzles, flanges and pipe fittings in volume. Need your own part? We build or host the mold and run OEM production.
CNC Machining & Fabrication
CNC routers and engraving machines cut, mill and drill PP board into non-standard parts straight from DXF or STEP files, and our welding team fabricates support grids, distributors and duct specials to drawing.
Stock & Logistics
Standard sheets, welding rod, packing and fittings sit on the shelf ready to ship. We pack for sea or air freight, consolidate mixed orders into one container, and support FOB, CIF and door-to-door terms for export customers.
