Everything below is made of first-grade polypropylene (PP) and produced in our own factory in Jinan — extruded, injection molded or CNC machined. Standard items are in stock; anything else is made to your drawings.
PP Sheets & Boards
Extruded polypropylene sheet from our three dedicated lines. Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and salt solutions, easy to weld and thermoform — the standard material for pickling tanks, plating line hoods, scrubber housings and lab benches.
Specs: thickness 2–30 mm (up to 100 mm on request) · standard sizes 1000×2000 / 1220×2440 / 1500×3000 mm · colors white, grey, beige, green, black · cut-to-size service
PP Ventilation Ducts & Fittings
Round PP duct and a full fitting system — 45°/90° elbows, tees, reducers, blast gates, butterfly dampers and flanges — produced on two dedicated duct lines. The corrosion-proof answer to exhaust systems in plating shops, chemical plants and laboratories.
Specs: diameters DN75–DN1200 · wall 3–10 mm · flanged or socket-weld joints · matching rectangular duct and hoods fabricated from our own sheet
PP Pall Rings
The workhorse random packing for absorption, desorption and scrubbing duty. The windowed cylinder wall and inner fins give a large specific surface with very low pressure drop, and virgin PP keeps them working in acid and alkali service for years.
Specs: sizes 16 / 25 / 38 / 50 / 76 mm · voidage ≥ 90% · continuous service up to ~90 °C · also available in RPP and PVDF on request
PP Packing Balls — Hollow & Covering
Multi-faceted hollow balls (Igel/Tri-pack type) for packed beds, floating ball packing for turbulent-bed scrubbers, and liquid-surface covering balls that cut evaporation, mist and heat loss over open tanks by up to 90%.
Specs: diameters 25 / 38 / 50 / 76 / 100 mm · two-hemisphere welded or one-piece molded · white, black or custom colors
PP Tellerette Packing
Rosette-shaped tellerette packing interlocks loosely in the bed, which makes it exceptionally fouling-resistant — the preferred choice where dust, grease or biological growth would plug conventional packing, such as odor control and flue-gas scrubbers.
Specs: type 1 (Ø45), type 2 (Ø73) and type 3 (Ø95) · very low pressure drop · easy to wash and reuse
PP Grating & Packing Support Plates
Molded PP grid plates carry the packed bed, keep random packing out of the sump and double as maintenance platforms and turbulence grids. We cut and weld them to your tower diameter, with segmented designs for installation through manways.
Specs: standard panels up to 1000×1000 mm, thickness 25–50 mm · open area ≥ 80% · custom mesh and edge profiles
PP Spray Nozzles & Distributors
Clog-resistant spiral nozzles, full-cone nozzles and tank-washing heads that put scrubbing liquid exactly where the packing needs it, plus trough and pipe liquid distributors welded from PP to match your tower internals.
Specs: threads 1/2″–4″ BSP or NPT · spray angles 60°–170° · PP as standard, PVDF for hot or aggressive duty
PP Demisters & Mist Eliminators
Knitted-mesh demister pads and chevron baffle vane packs that strip entrained droplets before the gas leaves the tower — protecting fans, meeting stack limits and recovering chemicals. Supplied as full circles, segments or framed panels.
Specs: mesh pads 100–200 mm thick · vane packs 2–3 pass · made to tower diameter, with PP support grids and hold-downs
PP Welding Rods, Molded & Machined Parts
Welding rod drawn from the same resin as our sheets for clean, strong seams, injection-molded flanges, elbows, tees, unions and pipe clamps, and CNC-machined non-standard parts cut straight from your drawings. OEM molding with customer-owned molds is welcome.
Specs: rod Ø2–5 mm round / triangular, spool or straight · molded fittings DN15–DN300 · CNC beds up to 2000 mm
